Editorial standards
Published 3 August 2026. Facts verified to 27 July 2026 unless dated otherwise.
Trust is a procedure, not a tone. This is our procedure, published so readers can hold us to it.
Law one: numbers carry papers
Every figure on this site comes from a government body, a named company source or a dated reputable report, and carries its date. Broker per-unit plot prices are not reliably sourceable, so we never print one. Where sources dispute a figure, we show the dispute instead of averaging it. Where nothing reliable exists, the page says unknown.
Law two: neutrality on names
Appearing in our register is not an endorsement, and no company pays for placement or is charged for absence. We describe verified facts about companies plainly, positive or negative, and we do not publish red-flag speculation about any named business.
Law three: tiers on everything
DURABLE means confirmed by government or the company itself, and built or physically building. REPORTED means announced, MoU-stage or press-sourced, and not yet delivered capital; single-sourced claims are flagged as such. TARGET means a stated deadline, recorded and later scored on the promise vs delivery ledger, never treated as a promise kept.
Corrections
We correct errors visibly on the affected page with the date of correction, and we would rather run a correction than defend a mistake. Corrections and challenges: the desk.
Independence
This publication sells no land, takes no developer money and carries no lead forms. If that ever changes in any limited way, the change will be disclosed on this page before it happens, not after.
